The core of the training materials will be infographics which capture fundamental principles that help us understand how to think, not just what to think.

The infographics will work in the following ways:

• Static Visual Reference:  In the simplest case, the info graphic will simply be an A3 format poster that can be referred to online, or printed our for your wall.
• Prezis: Animated presentations, based on the infographics, which take the reader through a logical progression of the poster content – telling the story.
• Videos:  Narrated video versions of the Prezis with a voice-over to add yet another level of detail to the story.

These resources will form an important part of the core learning material for the Flipped Learning approach.  Trainees will work through these resources in preparation for practical sessions in the classroom.
