Another beautiful “Beau Village”, this time characterised by red Triassic sandstones.  An ancient village founded around the fortified walls of Charroux Abbey.  Another stop on the pilgrims route to Santiago-de-Compostela, on their way to Rocamadour.  Read more on Wikipedia.
